As a college student, I was looking for jobs and tried to convince him that having a job is better than not having one. I tried to say that no matter what you are doing, you are still getting paid. I even showed him that garbage collectors that drive trucks make quite a bit of money per hour. Sure the job sucks but it pays doesn’t it? How do you guys feel about working at a fast food restaurant, whether its for a little extra cash for school or just as a side job for bills.

My mother-in-law has worked at a fast food restaurant for the last 20 years. She enjoys it for the most part.

You are right, a job is a job.

Who cares if you are bringing in money and being a productive member of society.

I don’t know, but if the Car industry is anything like the uk, take it to a Retail chain car dealer/service centre as opposed to a private business unless you personally know someone, at least the latter will have a fixed price list for standard items and will do the work and only the work you require on the car, and not try and rip you off.

The hue of the blue looks like someone turned up the saturation on Navy Blue, and the material is very shiny, not to mention it has safety pins and little chains hanging here and there so I imagine a full on suit-up with chinos wouldn’t fit the bill.

Today on our 2003 Lincoln Town Car, we’ll be installing the Thule Self-Adjusting Snow Tire Chains, part number TH00204104, on a tire size P225-60/R17. First, to install the snow tire chains, we’ll take the blue cable and feed it around the back of the tire, back out towards the front, creating a C around the tire. Then, we’ll take the two ends of the blue cable, pulling them to the top of the tire towards the back, connecting the two ends, feeding the J-hook into the locking mechanism. Next, we’ll take the tire chain, bringing it out towards the front of the tire, draping it over the tire. Then, we’ll take the red chain hook and red link, connecting the two at the top of the tire. Then, move to the bottom of the tire and take our cable, feed it through the pulley tensioner, and pull it tight, securing the bottom of the tire chain.
